While at Coconut Software, I managed and created all SWAG and a digital storefront, better known as The Surf Shop’.

KEY METRICS

  • We released limited runs to test the popularity of different products with our staff. The most popular of which were beanies (toques) that sold out in 48 hours.

  • Desirable products and an easy online platform led to a 200% increase in staff engagement with our customer gifting, staff swag incentives, and personal spending.
