  • Creating a logo set, colours, and templates for what would become a reoccurring company wide event

  • Selecting and directing the photographer onsite

  • Coordinating with the external event team, the internal stakeholders, and swag vendor to choose swag items, create designs, stay on budget, and plan logistics

  • Choosing all onsite brand elements and locations to make the most of our budget

  • Some onsite event management

  • And designing assets like: the event website, transportation decals, awards, branded presentation template, balloons, banners, stage backdrop, table centre pieces, sweaters, bags, notebooks, and print collateral
