While at Coconut Software, I managed and created all SWAG and a digital storefront, better known as ‘The Surf Shop’.
KEY METRICS
We released limited runs to test the popularity of different products with our staff. The most popular of which were beanies (toques) that sold out in 48 hours.
Desirable products and an easy online platform led to a 200% increase in staff engagement with our customer gifting, staff swag incentives, and personal spending.
